Jeremy Clarkson pranks co-hosts along Britain’s most scenic road trip route in episode seven of The Grand Tour Series 3

JEREMY Clarkson is back to his old menacing ways as The Grand Tour winds through Scotland.

The former Top Gear hosts make their way around the top of the country, taking in some of the most beautiful views along the North Coast 500 in episode seven of the third season.

Some of Scotland’s most spectacular views feature in this week’s episode

The new trailer from Amazon Prime revealed some of the UK’s most stunning landscapes will feature in this week’s episode.

Set to air on Friday, the episode sees the trio travel along Britain’s best road trip route, the 516-mile North Coast 500 starting at Inverness Castle.

The latest instalment also sees Clarkson convert Richard Hammond’s Fiat X1/9 into a makeshift convertible by cutting off the roof.

After realising what his co-host has done, a furious Hammond is forced to drive without a roof along the freezing Scottish coastline.

James May upsets a few Scottish locals and his co-hosts when he tries his hand at the bagpipes.

Clarkson is also set to try his hand at cycling – much to the annoyance of the traffic he causes behind him.

And it’s safe to say Clarkson was impressed with his time spent filming in Scotland.

In a recent column, the host said “I shall never forget it” when discussing his experience behind the wheel of a Alfa Romeo GTV6 in Scotland.

Clarkson went even further, saying the trip “was up there alongside a trip on gravel roads through the Northern Territory in Australia … and another through the Atacama desert in Chile”.

In last week’s episode, Hammond took on a fire-breathing drone as the trio visited China.
